Summer break is about two weeks away and I’m building my summer reading list. I just received my copy of Marcus Aurelius’ “Meditations”.
My goal is to read a little of each genre. Have you read something you can strongly recommend?

Meditations is great! It’s one of those books I go back to once or twice a year. I’ve been making my way through Osho’s “The ABC of Enlightenment” for the past few months. It’s similar to Meditations in that it’s made up of separate passages. Not all of it resonates with me, but there are definitely some gems of wisdom to be found in it.

This I Believe 2 is an inspiring & moving collection of essays from NPR’s This I Believe.
Also, any book by A.S. King. Or all of them.

The Rosie Project. It is one of the most memorable stories I have read in a long, long time. If you like YA, I also love Maggie Stiefvater’s Shiver.
